Service Limitations

24/7 Roadside Rescue provides roadside assistance only.
We do not offer towing, accident recovery, vehicle transport, or heavy-duty services.If your situation requires towing or specialty recovery, we’ll let you know — honestly and promptly.

Vehicle Eligibility

Services are limited to personal, non-commercial vehicles only.
This includes passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, and personal pickup trucks.Commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, work vans, RVs, trailers, and heavy equipment are outside our scope.

Safety & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if a situation is unsafe, illegal, or beyond the scope of roadside assistance.Your safety and ours come first — always.

Customer Responsibility

By requesting service, the customer confirms they:

  • Are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner

  • Will be present at the vehicle when service begins

  • Have legal access to the vehicle

  • We can’t unlock what isn’t yours. We’re helpful, not magical.

Lockout Services

Lockout services are non-destructive only.
We will not damage vehicles, locks, or windows under any circumstances.If entry cannot be achieved safely, the service call still applies.

Tire Services

Tire changes require a usable spare tire and accessible tools.
We do not repair tires or supply replacement tires.If the spare is missing, damaged, or inaccessible… we tried.

Waiting Time

If service cannot begin 10 minutes after arrival due to customer-related delays, a waiting fee of $1 per minute may apply.We’re patient. We’re just not camping.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.

24/7 Roadside Rescue is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures, or issues unrelated to the service performed.We help. We don’t perform miracles.
